This Colorado Springs home is set on a very steep site and commands spectacular views of Pike's Peak and miles and miles of the Rocky Mountains to the West.  It will be an all concrete home utilizing solar hot water to heat and cool it.  Even the roof will be concrete.  Passive solar design, shading, daylighting, high performance windows will make this home a net-zero energy user or perhaps even a net energy producer.
